The Three-Part Journey:
1 | Bespoke Preparation: After registration, 60-minute deep-dive interviews to tailor the curriculum to specific organizational needs and joint decision if program is the right way forward.
2 | Two-Days Onsite (Berlin): Intensive sessions on Performance Management, Skill Building, and Target Operating Models (TOM) with a special focus on the Org x AI.
3 | Coaching & Community: Continued, orchestrated peer coaching (at least 3 sessions) to ensure the transition from strategy to execution.
